Discipline exposed

I am on a talk show radio program with Dr. Lazar in Ann Arbor, Michigan.  I'm the Counseling Director for Lazar Spinal Care.  I travel once a month to Michigan to do counseling and attend the show.  Today we talked about Allergies and Anger in Children.  There is a connection between how a child feels and how he acts. 

When a child is out of sorts physically, he probably won't be on his best behavior.  It was a wonderful show.  Dr. Lazar, Paul Gordon and I had a lively conversation about discipline, allergies and parental care.

I'm excited about all my topics, but I'm especially excited about my new book Discipline Exposed and how so many of the topics I teach can use this book for reference and basic building blocks.  I'm also excited about the reviews.  Readers tell me they feel more confident since reading my book.  Once the mystery surrounding discipline is removed, parenting is easier.  I hope you will enjoy this book as well.

Like all new writers, I was a little intimidated by the writing process.  I wasn't sure how, when, where, and what title should be my first.  Students from my classes were asking, "When are you going to do a book on this subject?"  Attendees at conferences wanted to know, "Do you have a book?  You gave so much information I couldn't keep up.  I need a book."

I decided to sit with Athena Dean at the Florida Christian Writer's Conference.  She had so many wonderful ideas.  When we met again at the Mt. Hermon Christian Writer's Conference, I couldn't control my excitement.
